I would need resources about ARM assembly  (and information about what platform to use , (to run the assembly  code )

There are ARM-based netbooks available.  Some run Windows, some run Linux, and there appears to be some running the Android operating system.  You would have to look at some of them and see if the assembler is available for that machine and OS.

Here's some samples from a company that has an ARM assembler: http://www.keil.com/support/man/docs/armasm/armasm_cegfdged.htm  This Google search http://www.google.com/search?q=ARM+assembly+code+samples will find a lot of examples and places that support the ARM processor.
