I want to setup exchange account in the non-domain computer, such as home computer or computer in other domains/partner company.
Everything is OK besides the Offline Address Book.
I try use IE to access https://domain.com/oab, it prompts for input password.
But it seems do not accept the domain account password.
Any idea how can i troubleshot this issue? Such any log or how can i check which URL is using for download OAB exactly.
Thank you.

Ok, are you trying to access Exchange over the Internet? If so then Outlook Anywhere is what you will be using. Test it via www.testexchangeconnectivity.com

You should also be able to see what URLs are being used by performing the following:
1.) with Outlook open hold down CTRL key and right click on the Outlook icon in the bottom right hand corner of your screen
2.) Select "Test AutoConfiguration"
3.) Select "AutoDiscover" only
4.) enter valid username and password and then test

Look for the OAB URLs especially the one under HTTP/EXPR

Thanks for the points. Was the OAB URL incorrect?
