Hi,

Can you clarify whether you are using a BES/BES Xpress and if so which version? If you are, can you access the internet via your cellular connection?

You may find that your proxy server requires authentication and you will need to authenticate using your network logon username and password.

Thanks.

Hi,

Do you know if your BESX server is configured to go through a Proxy Server for MDS? If you configure that, then not only would all web content be checked by your content management solution, but browsing via WiFi should work.

I don't believe you can specify Proxy Server settings on the BlackBerry itself.

Hi,

It's not an issue with your wireless router, it's to do with your BES MDS configuration - you really need to configure that to go via your Corporate Proxy server?
