Blackberry Administration Service - Application Server - fails to start
Hi,
I have recently built a new Exchange 2010 machine added to an existing 2003 domain (there is also a new 2008 DC but it is not FSMO as yet - it is GC, DC, DHCP and DNS). The domain is 2003 functional level. There is an existing 2003 Exchange on the same single server as the 2003 OS. There is a BES 4 system sitting on a non-dc Win2000 machine. This is the current BES for all users and all of their mailboxes are still on Ex2003.
Having installed the new Ex2010 and added BES Express 5.0.2 to the same box, everything seemed to go well but upon trying to get into the Administration Service or Web Desktop Manager consoles, neither load. Both get 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage".
I have checked service and as per the title of this issue, the "Blackberry Administration Service - Application Server" is the main server that doesn't load (the native code container also periodically gets knocked out).
I have found various references for checking errors in the error logs, however, although there was a BBAS-AS log file generated 3 days ago on install day (see log contents below) and the issue was occuring then; the issue is still occuring but today there just simply isn't even a BBAS-AS log file!

As far as events from event viewer are concerned, I just get constant messages that both the Admin server and the Native Container have stopped unexpectedly (code: 7031) and then 60000 ms later, that they have entered the running state (code: 7036). Nothing really useful.
I get an appcrash error indicating a fault in the app:

Sorry for the wall of text folks. I hope someone can help with this. Personally I am beginning to think BES re-install due to references of the appcrash in EV but having said that, there are a few avenues related to Java I may look into based on the WER file above. Thoughts of others would be much appreciated. Many Thanks.
