How can I get subtitles for Netflix programming on my Sony BDP-S570?

I am trying to turn on subtitles for Netflix via my Sony BDP-S570 3D Blu-Ray player.

Now, I know the program I am watching has subtitles because I can see them when I watch it through my PS3, but not through the BDP-S570.

Any ideas how I can get it to work?

Thanks

Connect your BDP to the internet and update the software.  The subtitles menu should work the same as on a DVD, but it may not be a supported feature (depending).  Good luck!

Thanks judas2158,

But I called Sony and they say that their Blu-Ray players do not support subtitles.  Oh well...  that's really bad and sucks.

Mine was the correct answer.  No software update fixes this.
