The user was able to print PDF documents to their HP LaserJet 2055dn, and then it stopped printing PDF documents to their printer. They were able to print PDF documents to a different printer and they could print any other type of item to their printer fine. The computer was restarted and the printer was restarted. It doesn't send a job to the print queue, and the print spooler has been restarted before too. It's Adobe Acrobat 9 Standard and their are no updates available for that version. The print drivers are current, and it was tried printing to PCL5, PCL6, and a HP Universal driver; None of which made it to the print queue.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. I am going to try and download the latest version of Acrobat, make it the default program, and leave version 9 installed for use as a PDF converter.
I will post if that works.
