Itranet Stopped Working

Well I just got a call that the SBS 2008 intranet site is not accessible.
When I try to start the IIS In the IIS System Manager, I get:W35VC IS STOPPED

Well that screenshot shows that both the IIS Admin and Web Publishing services are disabled. Re-enable and restart those two services for starters.

Thanks! that did it for the intranet site, but I they still cant access OWA

Can they not get to it at all, or can they get to it but it's giving an error?

As I looked the Exchange services were disabled too, I don't no what happened to cause this. The only thing that was done was a Exchange update was installed. I will assign you the points I think I am on the right track.
