Well that screenshot shows that both the IIS Admin and Web Publishing services are disabled. Re-enable and restart those two services for starters.

Fill in the form and get your FREE NFR key NOW!

Veeam is happy to provide a FREE NFR server license to certified engineers, trainers, and bloggers.  It allows for the non‑production use of Veeam Agent for Microsoft Windows. This license is valid for five workstations and two servers.

Can they not get to it at all, or can they get to it but it's giving an error?

As I looked the Exchange services were disabled too, I don't no what happened to cause this. The only thing that was done was a Exchange update was installed. I will assign you the points I think I am on the right track.
