Emails bouncing Back

Hi

we use exchange 2003 and outlook 2007 and one of  the external user says when she sends an email to one of our user within our net work it keeps bouncing. How do i trouble shoot  this problem.

you need to get the bounce back email...

then we need the error message...

Also make sure that the user is using the correct e-mail address. We have many issues because people don't use the correct e-mail address.
