I need a copy of whatever emails are received buy info@domain.com to be send to appreg@domain.com as well, how do set this up in exchange 2010.

I have an application server that sends an auto responds mail from info@domain.com whenever applicants register on our website i need a copy of this mail to be sent to appreg@domain.com, can this be done?

ZombieAutopsy is correct.

You can forward any mail from any account towards one of your own and that way you would have a copy of those mails in your own mailbox. I suggest the link that ZombieAutopsy wrote down above.

If you can't get it to work with the link from ZombieAutospy then you can try this link:

Good luck!
