Getting an error when I try to use Cisco Anyconnect

I have a client that we use Cisco Anyconnect to connect to there site. The issue I am having is when I try to connect I keep getting these errors right after it starts to connect. The first error is "VPN establishment capability from a remote desktop. A VPN connection will not be established" and after I click OK I get "Anyconnect was not able to establish a connection to the specified secure gateway. Please try connection again". Here is what I am seeing in the event logs:

So, you are using RDP to another PC and launching the AnyConnect from that desktop? Won't happen...

Thanks for your help. would of been banging my head against the wall with this. It works fine at the console.
