Hi,

I hope you can help.
WE are running Exchange Server 2003 in our company with some home
users runing OWA. All home users are running XP SP3 fully patched and the latest I.E version 8.

I have been requested by the owner of the company to display the email address field of the
contact in the GAL pop up window that appears if you check the properties or a contact in
the TO field.

Please see the attached scren shot.

In this example the GAL pop up displays the name, address, telephone and e-mail alias fields.
However, I need to add the e-mail address field here.

The OWA Web Admin Tool will not ad this field.

The only possible way I can is to use some VB script and ASDI etitor?

Clarification on if this is possible would be greatly appreciated.

Looking forward to your response.

This feature will be available by default from OWA2k7 onwards

Right-click on resolved names to view Properties such as: office, phone, e-mail, availability and their position in the organizational structure within the company:

>> the other options for getting this is
Introducing some of the programatical\code level change at the OWA files

Challenges:
a) performance to add\include the changes
b) next updates\service-pack would override the above modifications
c) user-experiences on other browser clients.

Thank you for  your reply and confirmation this cannot be done in OWA 2003 without modifying core OWA files.
