Flash (.swf) not working on new server. Plays part, then stops

I have a training SWF that was created by someone else, for a website that we host.  The creater of the SWF put the file up on his test site, and it works fine.  However, when he placed it up on my server, it only plays part of the opening and then stops.  The SWF does play some FLV files within it.  I thought that might have something to do with it, so I created a MIME for FLV, although I didn't think it would be needed since the flv is played within the SWF.

I've attached a screen shot of my MIME Type.

Here is the link to the working location: http://www.renderedgemedia.com/education/CyeaIky63/media/HR+Legal.swf

According to the creator of the SWF, all paths are relative within the SWF, and all directory structure is setup identically on both servers.  That leaves me with some possible setting in IIS 6, or something that needs to be installed on the server.  Has anyone run into something similar to this?
