Best Solution to Backup Outlook 2010

What's the best way to backup our .pst files in outlook 2010?  Should I have a program installed on the server that will connect and download a backup of each client computer? or Each client computer backs it up on their own to a network location?

You should have an Exchange mail server to make all accounts centralized and back IT up then
