vpn client connection working using netscreen but not shrew vpn client

As a test i have configured firewall using netscreen vpn client to connect and works, but when try using shrew vpn client  continuosly getting " gateway authentication error" . even though have same configuration working on a couple other boxes.

I am not familiar with Shrew. I would use the NCP client as the official replacement of the old NetScreen Remote client. It is much faster, stable, reliable, more features, better Technical Support,... in one word: The way to go. Check it out for a 30-day trial at http://www.ncp-e.com.
