Hi,

can someone set this code out for me below so it works.

  if UpperCase(form1.adotable2.Fields[N].AsString) = UpperCase('12 Month)
+ UpperCase(form1.adotable2.Fields[j].AsString) = UpperCase('Sale ok') then
      inc(twelve1);

are you doing this in a procedure of form1 ?
then do not use form1 !

and otherwise pass the adotable as a parameter to the procedure

if SameText(AdoTable2.Fields[N].AsString, '12 Month') and
  SameText(AdoTable2.Fields[j].AsString, 'Sale ok') then
  inc(twelve1);
