how to change fonts size within citrix server sesion

how do I change fonts size or screen resoluiton for the user within citrix sesion
when user have problem reasding small fonts on 1024x768
if i change his settings to 800x600 it just reduces the window size
while desktop settings for the fonts is size are not available.
we use presentation server 4.5 on win 2003
I'd llie this setting to stay for the user no metter where he logged in from
