I am looking to convert pre-exisiting user mailboxes to shared mailboxes. I have found articiles on how to create shared mailboxes from scratch but nothing to tell me how to convert existing user mailboxes.
the user mailboxes were set up in Exchange 2003 with a single account and then access was controlled by security groups having full controll permissions.
now I wish to use the 2007 shared mailbox functionality but do not wish to create them all again from scratch.
can anyone please help.
thanks
