Blank area when replying or frowarding email messages
When I either fwd or reply to an email a large space (29 lines in fact) is inserted between the original email header and the body of the original email.
This is easy to fix manually but having to do this for each mail is very annoying.
This only commenced relatively recently.
How to fix, please?

Unfortunately that answer (remove signature) does not solve the problem. I removed the signature, closed Outlook and re-opened OL but same symptom persists.
If Word is your editor check out answer #3 on this link: http://thedailyreviewer.com/outlook/view/extra-lines-inserting-in-repliesforwards-101530600

Once again, unfortunately that also is not the answer. The "normal.dot" file is as it should be. Whay has me intrigued is that this just started happening without any major event that i can recall.

Well, blow be down with a feather.....that simple. All fixed. Wonder why it does that? Anyhow, thank you for your persistence .
Switching editors is an option. But more specifically it let's us know the actually issue is with Word's edit functionality and not Outlook itself.
