Outlook issue - User unable to view additonal mailbox.
I need to be able to view the ABCD- mailbox. I am able to add it under mail settings but when I try to view the mailbox I get the error, "Cannot display the folder. Microsoft Outlook cannot access the specified folder location"
checked the permission in mail server(xxxx) and he's part of the ABCD AD group which has full permissions to it.
User getting err "- "You do not have permission to open this mailbox. For access or for more information, contact technical support for your organization".
I need to get these issues resolved as it is starting to seriously impact my productivity.
