stats and tablespace temp

Hello,

I the stats are not updated, if that can explain the tablespacd is more used?

If the statistics are not up to date the Cost Based Optimizer 'might not' choose the most efficient execution plan.  This may or may not cause more disk I/O from a tablespace.
