formula to find exact match excel

hy,
have workbook with 2 sheets , in sheet1 is data downloaded from web in sheet2 are formulas puling data from sheet1,
issue is when in sheet1 two different data  are almost the same then formula in sheet2 doesn't recognize differences between data (big and small letters)

is there formula to find exact match

In general if you do a comparison between two values like A1=B1 then that isn't case-sensitive so you need to use EXACT function for that, i.e.

=EXACT(A1,B1)

so using EXACT your formula in AN136 would become

=IFERROR(IF($AL136="","",LOOKUP(2,1/(EXACT($AL136&"",LEFT(Temp!$M$18:$M$31,4))*EXACT($AM136&"",LEFT(TRIM(REPLACE(Temp!$M$18:$M$31,1,FIND("-",Temp!$M$18:$M$31),"")),4))),Temp!P$18:P$31)),1)
