Exchange 2010 iPad Active-Sync - Internal Network

I recently migrated to Exchnage 2010 from Exchange 2003, and am having issues receiving email on our companie's iPad's while connected to the internal network. I followed Dematzer's article on fixing for iPhone users who are connected to the internal network via wifi- which had me create a new internal forward lookup zone on my DNS server for the external mail name of my exchange server. Any idea how to resolve this issue?

My guide should have helped you with this.

What settings are you using on the iPad and what isn't working?

Standard settings - Server = external email server name, Domain- internal, UN &PW are correct, SSL on. What's weird is that on my iPad, it is working (but I am a domain Admin) Permisions issue maybe? The other iPad owner's account does have ActiveSync enabled in AD Account as well.

if it works for you but not the other person then it's an account issue not a server issue.

Can you check the following on the owners user account: http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/A_2861-Activesync-Working-But-Only-For-Some-Users-On-Exchange-2007-2010.html
