Outlook 2007 - Enabling macros

My OS is windows 7 and I am trying to run a Macro in outlook 2007 .  But I get an error saying that i have to enable the macros in this Module.  How do I do this, please show me a step by step sequence. Thank u

To check Security as appropriate:

In outlook select Tools | Macro | Security
      Warnings for all Macros

Ensure also you have a virus guard program/suite installed and running.
