Need a SQL Server consultant

We are having some SQL Server performance issues and need a pro.  I don't have the expertise for diagnosing this.  This isn't so much a question as it is a request for a referral.  Does anyone know of a good consultant in the Cleveland area for this?  We need someone to come in and take a good look at our SQL Server installation (~5 servers) and identify the issues and recommend a solution.
Thanks

Thank you for your offer.  I was originally thinking that someone would need to come here and 'see things' to get an overview and then start digging around.

We could try this though.  Let me know when would be convenient for you.

If you go into my profile there should be a hire me button in there. It should give you some contact details i believe.
