Hy guys
our MD get a copy of all e-mails coming in and out of the building - he usually just deletes them!
We have just upgraded to Exchange 2010.
Outlook 2003 is set to "Never Send Responce"
But when he deletes a mail with-out reading it it sends a responce  saying
Deleted with-out read responce.

How can I stop the ,responce

cheers

Dave

Have you done the same setting in outlook 2010?

File - Options - Mail

near the bottom is Tracking and "for any message recevied that includes a read receipt ..."
