Hi,

I would always recommend a wired approach rather than OTA.

You could also create an Administrative user with a customised role and use this account to upgrade the OS.

Do you want to wipe device, upgrade and then re-activate or do an in-situ upgrade retaining device-BES relationship?

Regards,

RobMobility.

went the route of OTA via the BES console and used desktop manager for little things.
