Emails Disappear from Blackberry

Here's the issue.

Emails come into BB. All is well.
Got home (or any location) turn on laptop, sync with outlook.
Emails appear in outlook!
Moments later the emails disappear from the BB???
There is a brief moment they are in simultaneous existence. Then, poof.

We have a BES. We are running Exchange , Outlook 2010. To the best of my knowledge this issue appeared when we migrated. User has a blackberry. User has an SD card and the times I've checked the memory I felt it was sufficient.  Generally he's sitting around 43274124 bytes free.  Is that sufficient? I thought it was, if anyone disagrees please speak up.

I've messed with email reconciliation settings,
Delete on; Handheld
Wireless Reconcile: On
On conflicts: Mailbox wins
These settings work fine for our other users. He is the ONLY user with this issue.

Hide Filed messages setting set to no, his folder redirection is not checked, there are no rules in outlook, there is no filter set on his BB.

Someone kindly help. Please. ;)

prior to the migration was this user using the desktop manager? if so remove it, there may be rules there causing this issue when he connects his blackberry to charge on his workstation.

ok, i would wipe the settings on his device and re-add it to the server. before you do that remove the battery and reinsert it to free up memory and see if emails remain on the device, if not perform a device wipe, removal from the server and re-add.

noted, I will give that a try.

Also just FYI.

no rules set in outlook, no filters set on BB.

ok good, so we know that's not the problem. we'll go down the list but from what i have looked at it all points back to memory and the device probably needing some clean up. deleting some old emails could help the situation.

I finally just wiped the thing, I didn't have to remove it from the BES, but that would have been the next step in the process. The settings are set like they were before said wipe, but now they work. lol
