Event ID: 10 WinMgmt error 0x80041010

I have two HP DL380 servers . I just installed Windows 2003 R2 ENT SP2. I installed .Net 3.5 SP1 and all of the patches. Now I'm getting this error message on both servers:

Event Category:      None
Event ID:      10
Date:            2/15/2011
Time:            8:56:26 AM
User:            N/A
Computer:      LLA
Description:
Event filter with query "select * from HP_McSystemEvent" could not be (re)activated in namespace "//./root/WMI" because of error 0x80041010. Events may not be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I did run the winmgmt /clearadap
                    winmgmt /resyncperf

And rebooted. The error still persists.

The problem was not resolved, but it came close.

Our call in technical support made some changes last night to this server (the network resources were not visible from our workstations).  I've rebooted the server and Firezilla still is not working, which leads me to believe the problem is related to the changes made last night.  I'm closing this question, but thanks for trying.
