could anybody quick tell me what the purpose of these Oracle packages?
is there any for insert into table?

DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO.set_action

common_pkg.prnt

DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO.read_module

common_xtract_pkg.open_output_file

DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO.set_module


common_debug_pkg.set_debug_mode

COMMON_XTRACT_PKG.close_output_file

I'll refer you to the docs for what DBMS_APPLICATION_INFO does:

The common ones appear to be in-house developed packages.  I cannot find a reference to them.
