Hi there,

I have an HP LJ P2055dn. When I print from "tray 2", the paper folds on the top left corner for arround 1 cm and then prints (in other words, it prints on top of the folded corner). This does not happen when I print from "tray 1" (the manual feed tray).

This problem is intermittent and fold size vary +-.5cm

From another working printer (same model), I replaced "tray 2", and it's cartridge. The problem is still there. So the problem is not the cartridge nor the tray.

I need to have it to stop folding on that corner. Please provide detailed instructions for resolving this issue.

FYI: It is not under warrenty.

Thanks for your help,
Rene

It's a similar issue to the problem posted here: http:Q_26819432.html and the solution is likely to be similar too.
Again check that it's not just a change of paper quality and the tray is seated correctly with the paper guides set properly.

Thanks MASQUERAID.

Tray 2 Roller cover was not snapped in.

Now all is good.

Cheers,
