In my report viewer I have the SizeToReportContent property set to true, however, only some of the reports are sized to the content.  Others still are cut off.  Any ideas why this is?  I also have ASyncRendering set to False.

On page load, try:
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
        {
            ReportViewer1.AsyncRendering = false;
            ReportViewer1.SizeToReportContent = true;
            ReportViewer1.ZoomMode = ZoomMode.FullPage;
        }
