Hi,
I am running  backupexec  10 with a Tape Library.  I need to restore a folder, but when i submit the job, its automatically.
i have restarted all services, paused and unpaused the library many times and none of this fixed my problem.

The backups are working, but the restore (highest prioruty) is  submitted on queued.
please help.

Have you verified the data is on the tapes that are in the system? If you go the the alerts, is there a request for media or any type of message?
