User edit Exchange distribution
Is there a way to grant a user access to a distribution list in exchange 2007? Our HR director would like to to add/delete users from a particular distribution list I created in exchange.

Go to properties, you should have the managed by option there.

Here is what I see on properties.

Go to Group Information, Check the box for Managed by and browse for the person who you want to be the owner of the distribution list.
