This should be the NTFS permissions on the folder, not in IIS. Using windows explorer browse to the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\MyStore<wbr />, right click on the folder and select the security tab. Add the Network server with modify permissions or if the network service is allready with some permissions adjust to modify and apply.

I did change the permission from file system still it gives me the message.<br />

Question about IIS setting/permissin (NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE)

IIS is Internet Information Services, the web server included with Windows Server operating systems. All current versions are built on a modular architecture; modules can be added or removed individually so that those required for specific functionality are installed. The full installation of IIS includes HTTP, security, content, compression, caching, logging and diagnostics.
