Hi Experts:

I Need a free open source web service to use in my ASP.Net application to get the list of country's, its states, its division, its town and even its zipcode or pincode.

Please help.....

I'm very sorry.

but some country lists are never free.

The Netherlands have a ever changing list and is a Payed list.
Belgium has a very const List and is free.

I can't say for the rest of the world. But I can ensure you that nowhere you can find a up to date list for free that keeps track of the changes.
