Windows XP sp2 and activeX control problem

Hello experts.
I'm running Windows XP sp 2 on my laptop but i can't get to the services page any more.
I get a ie popup error message that my current security settings prohibit running ActiveX control ....
Any help?

Hi.
I did follow the instructions to change the key values from 0 to 3 in the regedit window.It is working now but is it save?

registry changes are saved as you make them so it should be fine. The only way it would divert back is if something is physically changing the registry entry at login and that would require some more troubleshooting.

as i dont quite get what you meant (eg save or safe) registry changes are never recommended unless you have some idea of what your doing but as microsoft have released this one you should be fine.
