Why is there a gap in my border?

I have a site here: http://votedonwalker.com/ where I added a 4 pixel black border around the PAGE css tag.

Now there is a gap on the right side between the white area and the black border.

How do I close that gap?

The width on ".bgimage" looks to be slightly too short. Setting it to 1008px will remove the gap.
