e.g. i have a file called DailyDashboard.xls and it sits on a drive called g\asset services mi\dailydashboard\master\dailydashboard.xls

Can Sharepoint automatically upload this at 13.30 every day?

Thanks

There are also a number of 3rd party software that can do this. however most of them arent free.
