is it possible to Schedule Sharepoint to upload a particular file at a particular time<br />

e.g. i have a file called DailyDashboard.xls and it sits on a drive called g\asset services mi\dailydashboard\master\d<wbr />ailydashbo<wbr />ard.xls<br />

Can Sharepoint automatically upload this at 13.30 every day?<br />
