Problem with iFrame after upgrading MS CRM 3.0 to 4.0

We have upgraded our MS CRM from version 3 to 4. Everything seems to work except for one issue we are having with a form that includes an iframe to show associated activities. The form seems to work fine in version 3.0 but not under 4.0. Under 4.0 the iframe displays blank internet page with the error "Navigation to page was cancelled".

Below is the onload javascript code;

Any help will be highly appreciated!

//To hide a tab - tab count starts at Zero.

  crmForm.all.tab3Tab.style.display = "none";
  crmForm.all.tab3.style.display = "none";

var iFrame  = document.all.IFRAME_CaseContactNotes;
var navArea = document.all.nav_incident_pbs_casecontactnoteses;
var strFrame = 'incident_pbs_casecontactnoteses';

if (crmForm.FormType == 1)
 {
  iFrame.src='about:blank';
 }
 else
 {
  if (navArea != null)
  {
    navArea.style.display = 'none';

    // The below link should use the name of the Iframe created earlier.
    //The link should reflect where the form is
    //(sales are /sfa/conts/areas.aspx for contacts and so forth).
    //The otype needs to be the object type code of the entity the Iframe is being displayed on.

    iFrame.src='/UserDefined/areas.aspx?oId=' +
          crmForm.ObjectId +
          '&oType=' +
          crmForm.ObjectTypeCode +
          '&security=852023&tabSet=' +
          strFrame;
  }
 }

The code that lets you show an associated record in an iFrame changed from 3 to 4. This shows how to do it in 4:
