contacts to address book
Dear Experts:
I have received a mail with 500 mail accounts in my MD wants this in one group contact that is all these 500 contacts to be added in one group and when ever want to send a mail if insert a group contact then should be able send mail to the contacts in the group. please help.

sir, thanks for the reply, we have outsourced the mail server to the webhosting company in our lan we are fetching using linux server, can you please suggest is it possible to do something in this linux server as of now which is doing the fetching job, can i think something like adding these 500 users contacts to alias file, please suggest.

Don't know how your linux currently handles mail, but see if you can create something like a distribution list and add the requested contacts to the group. If you are unable to do this on the linux, your service provider should definitely be able to accommodate this request.

You should ask your external hosting company to create a "Distribution List" and add all the contact emails aliases to the group.
