Exchange 2007 Message Tracking - Only internal emails are being tracked

Our exchange server is running Exchange 2007.

Message tracking IS enabled and logs are being recorded.

When referring to message tracking, it is only showing internal emails.

Why would it not be showing external emails?
I have tested that external email is actually coming through, but nothing is reporting in Message Tracking?

Any idea's what it could be?


We are running Exchange 2003 on another site, and this is reporting both internal and external email just fine.

To add to this conundrum.

We can see sent external sent messages, but cannot track external messages.  They just are not showing up.

Found the answer.

We had previously migrated from another Exchange 2007 Server, and the received external message tracking is enabled on that previous server, and we are able to track the external messages succesfully from this server.
