Droid Incredibles lose Calendar sync with Exchange 2003

I'm running into a problem with a bunch of Droid incredbiles.

The office bought 5 or 6 Droid incredible phones.  All of them have experienced this issue at least once, but some have this happen everyday.

The calendar stops sycning.  No errors are thrown or anything.  The only solution I can find is to recreate the account on the phone, which is not really a fix.

Looking at other forums the Droid Incredible seems to have some calendar issues, but not everyone.  I'm hoping someone has figured this out.

Server is Windows Server 2003
Exchange 2003

First thing to check is that your server is configured properly by running through my article:

If the test on the test site cones back as all green ticks then make sure you check the inconsistent sync section of my article and apply the registry key to rule out Anti-Virus interference.
