Merak Mail Server with Godaddy wildcard ssl certificate

My old ssl certificate from Thawte has expired so i decided replace it with godaddy wildcard certificate.

Unfortunately i'm not able to force Merak to work with new cert. Based on
 http://esupport.icewarp.com/index.php?_m=knowledgebase&_a=viewarticle&kbarticleid=509
i tried to merge my cert with gd_bundle.crt, with gd_intermediate.crt and lot of others combinations with no luck. No matter how i try Merak acts same way - recognize certificate data but webmail through https is unreachable. If i switch to old (already expired) cert, webmail is working fine (of course i got error about expiration).

I hope to find solution fast.

I have found solution which includes three steps :

1. Convert .crt to pem (two step operation crt--->der, der --->pem) :

openssl x509 -in input.crt -out input.der -outform DER
openssl x509 -in input.der -inform DER -out output.pem -outform PEM

2. Merge private key with certificate :

C:\OpenSSL\bin>copy /B <path_to_key>.key+<path_to_certificate>.pem output.pem

3. Replace output.pem with previous Merak cert file.
