Rerouting a Domain

Hello,

We have a Novell network and GroupWise email.  We accidentally had one of our domains shut down.  It is being fixed, but users in the shut down domain cannot receive email.  They are bounced back to the sender with DNS errors.

How can I route the shut down domain to our other working domain?  I have looked in our GWIA, POA, and MTA settings, but can't find anything to do this.

Thank you

What do you mean had a domain "shut down"? Did the name expire?

The only way to do that is if you have access to the dns of that domain, and if it's expired you don't.
