I've got a site with an SBS2003 server. &nbsp;It is a small network with only four clients. &nbsp;For the time being I've set static IP Addresses and DNS settings. &nbsp;The problem is that the DHCP server is not issuing addresses. &nbsp;There is no other DHCP server running and I've checked that the server scope is correct, the server is authorized and after restarting the server I can see in the event logs that the DHCP server has started. &nbsp;The DHCP service is started and running.<br />

The DHCP/BINL service on the local machine has determined that it is authorized to start. &nbsp;It is servicing clients now.<br />
