Authentication with ACS PEAP MS-CHAPv2

Hi, this is mi question.
I have one ACS in windows server, to autenticate wifi users. and I want authenticate by PEAP MS-CHAPv2, so, i have to install the CA of microsoft to do this? Why I cant use the certificate of  PEAP MS-CHAPv2 generate for the ACS?
