Backup failed (j50.log)

Greeting,
I am using ArcServe to backup my w2k3 server every night. The backup job failed caused by c:\windows\system32\wins\j50.log file was being access by another process. But when I open that folder, there is nothing there.
Any ideas on fixing the problem?
