2008 sbs exchange quota

I have a 2008 sbs, i have added a new client, outlook 2007 on the domain,
i changed their quota to 5gb,  their mailbox has 2.17gb,  they get the size limit screen all the time,
how can i refresh or resync the quota to the user?

Did you set the quota in the SBS console, or through powershell or the EMC?

In SBS you can sometimes get unusual behavior of you perform SBS console tasks outside of the console.

Storage limit status is an attribute, so you can check with this:

Get-MailboxStatistics  <youralias> | fl StorageLimitStatus

You also may want to disable and re-enable cached mode in your Outlook profile.
