Package Execution Error on SQL Server 2005 cluster that has failed over to the passive node

Hello experts,
I get the below error when I run a SQL job that executes packages on SQL Server 2005 cluster that has failed over to the passive node:

The main issue seems to be that "Destination - IVRAppoint_csv" could not be created and make sure same path and reghts/permissions exists on folders local to your SQL server as for active where hopefully this works.

We ended up having to reinstall SSIS and it worked.  Crazy.  Thanks!
