Hello Experts!
i have a problem with a project manager, he is the only one not able to import timesheets in "my tasks" page. he finds only his project tasks and not others tasks assigned by other PM.
i checked his credentials using also a project server resource kits tool, all seems ok.
i published a new project with new tasks assigned to him, he see them in the timesheet but when he go to My tasks page > import timesheet > the new tasks are not listed here @-@
i tried his credentials and PWA access using a different pc, no changes.
have you any idea what could be the problem? suggestions? THANKS. Andrea.-

should be a permission issue. verify his perissions and compare with the one of whom this works perfectly.

problem solved, this project manager was previously a project resource only. the other project managers set up on their projects a different "Assignment Owner" of the tasks where he was "Resource Name"

I asked to the project manager to update all tasks where this guy was set as resource, in order to have his name on "resource name" and "assignment owner"

after this change, the tasks appeared on this timesheets and my tasks panel :D
